Terms for using and subscribing to sMasjid.

1. Provider and eligibility
sMasjid is provided by Tombak Technology Sdn Bhd for mosques and surau. A person registering or making a request confirms that they are authorised by the institution. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. Packages and trials
The Percuma package has no subscription expiry and is limited to one user and five records per individual module or screen. Paid packages include a one-calendar-month trial from activation. Current features and prices appear on the home page and depend on the selected package.
3. Payment and activation
A trial does not convert automatically to a paid subscription. To continue, contact the sMasjid team and arrange payment. A Super Admin verifies payment before activating the paid term. The first paid term begins after the one-month trial. This form does not collect card details or charge automatically.
4. Trial expiry and deletion
If payment is not verified, access stops when the one-month trial ends. You then have seven calendar days to complete a paid subscription. Otherwise, permanent deletion of institution data in the active system begins after the grace period. Download or export any required data before the deadline. Backup copies may remain until the backup retention cycle ends, subject to legal obligations.
5. Renewal and use
Paid subscriptions must be renewed before their expiry date. Access may stop and data may be deleted when a paid term expires. Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data, authorised user access, and lawful use of the service. Do not upload material that infringes laws or others' rights.
6. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version is published here. For subscription, deletion, or terms questions, contact sales@tombak.net.
