How we use and protect personal information.

1. Who handles the data
Tombak Technology Sdn Bhd provides the sMasjid platform. Mosques and surau using the platform manage their institution and member information. Privacy questions can be sent to sales@tombak.net.
2. Information collected
We receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, institution details, addresses, package choices and information you provide through forms or the platform. Use of the system may also generate account records, transactions, uploaded content and security logs needed to operate the service.
3. Purposes
Information is used to respond to enquiries, process requests and subscriptions, provide module access, manage verified payments, support users, protect the system and meet applicable obligations. Required form information is needed to handle a request; optional information helps us contact you.
4. Sharing and protection
Information may be accessed by authorised institution administrators, platform Super Admins and service providers assisting operations, according to their roles. We use access controls and appropriate security measures to limit unauthorised access.
5. Retention
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, handle requests and meet applicable obligations. For a paid-package trial that is not continued, access stops after one month and deletion of institution data from the active system begins after a seven-day grace period. Backup copies may remain until the backup retention cycle ends.
6. Access, correction and choice
You can request access to or correction of personal information we hold, or ask about retention and deletion, at sales@tombak.net. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. You may choose not to submit a form, but we may be unable to process a request without required information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will publish the current version here. Please review it when using the service.
