sMasjid helps mosque and surau committees manage administration, finances, assets, facilities and community services. Features depend on the selected subscription package.

An authorised representative registers their administrator account together with the mosque or surau profile. The trial lasts one calendar month from registration. No subscription payment is required to start.

Pakej Asas includes administration and accounting, assets, suppliers, maintenance, facilities and rentals. It costs RM50 monthly or RM480 yearly after the 20% annual discount.

Pakej Pertengahan adds lectures, speaker records, tauliah and community services to everything in Pakej Asas. It costs RM80 monthly or RM768 yearly after the 20% annual discount. Both mosques and surau may subscribe; Khairat is available only to mosques.

Annual billing is paid upfront and receives the configured plan discount on twelve monthly payments: RM600 becomes RM480 for Pakej Asas, and RM960 becomes RM768 for Pakej Pertengahan. Monthly billing has no annual discount.

No. Khairat is restricted to mosques and is excluded from every surau subscription, including Pakej Pertengahan. Other included modules remain available to the surau.

To continue, arrange payment and have the platform super administrator activate your subscription before the trial expires. Access stops at the recorded expiry time if no paid term has been activated.

For paid packages and their trials, permanent deletion begins immediately at expiry, with no grace period. Institution records and uploaded files are removed by the cleanup process; failed cleanup is retried. Deleted data cannot be restored through the portal. Export any required records before expiry.

Contact the sMasjid team to arrange payment. A super administrator verifies and records the payment reference, package and billing cycle. Renewal extends the current expiry by one month or one year. This page does not collect card details or charge automatically.

Only a platform super administrator can change subscription pricing, record verified payments and manage institution subscriptions. Mosque and surau administrators manage their own institution within the subscribed modules.

Contact the sMasjid team to change packages. A platform super administrator can apply a package change immediately, and the available modules update to match the selected package. Packages recorded for future paid terms start on their scheduled dates. The portal does not provide automatic refunds or prorated adjustments.

No. The sMasjid subscription pays for use of the institution management platform. Khairat membership contributions, donations and rental payments are separate transactions managed by each mosque.

Percuma costs RM0 per month with no subscription expiry. It includes one user, committee administration, financial management, assets, facilities and rentals, limited to five records per individual module or screen. Lectures, speakers, Kariah and Khairat require Pakej Pertengahan. Paid packages have no package-level user or record limits.
